With a wide array of skills and a diversified experience in group performance and well-being, Patrick is a wonderful addition to our bench who will not only look after the well-being of the athletes and their quirky habits but will also help proactively prepare them to compete throughout their activities, week after week.  With first aid, injury prevention & recovery, mental wellness, and equipment preparedness, Patrick will be a key asset to our routine to ensure maximum efficiency and performance. ×
